REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a non-invasive complementary therapy that involves applying pressure to specific points on the feet. These massage techniques, encourage blood, energy and lymphatic flow to all parts of the body.
Targeting these reflex points can increase circulation, stimulate nerve roots and promote the body’s natural healing processes.
Reflexology can promote deep relaxation, improve circulation, aid sleep and restore overall balance.
